What is Mental Toughness?

Mental Toughness is our capacity to cope with stressors and pressure and also the capacity to perform to the best of our ability…

It is not about being macho, aggressive or masculine. Nor is it about winning or being better than everyone else.

However, it is about developing self-awareness and being the best that you can be.

Our fight-flight system is there to protect us from danger and if this self-protective mechanism takes over, our performance can be reduced. Everybody gets nervous, but the difference between someone with high levels of mental toughness and those who are more mentally sensitive, is how they interpret those feelings.

The MTQPlus…

The MTQPlus assessment is a  63 item high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do.  It looks at how we think and it measures…

Neurolinguistic Programming - All Behaviour Change is Unconscious!

NLP looks at how people organise their thinking and their language and how this affects their behaviour.

It focuses on the unconscious mind. It is commonly used for anxieties, fears, trauma, confidence, bad habits, weight loss, quitting smoking, marketing, goal setting and performance enhancement and so on…

Additionally, there are some NLP techniques included as well as some other mindset techniques.

"Anxiety is a warning sign from the unconscious mind to focus on what you want"
