The quickest way to book an appointment is online. Alternatively feel free to message/WhatsApp/ring me on 07826143611 or email info@emilycatford.co.uk. I will be very likely to be in session, so please leave a message if I am unable to pick up and I will ring you as soon as I am free (within one working day).

For animal appointments away from the clinic then please contact me to book or reserve a place online which I will contact you to confirm. Please note I may need vet permission before treating animals and this can take a few days to obtain.

eGift vouchers are only redeemable in clinic. Please message me with the date and time you would like to book.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payments directly after the treatment only by either Cash, BACs, Cheque, Card, Apple and Google Pay. Email receipts will be sent.
Online bookings require you to pay in full. These are securely collected through Stripe.
Refunds can take 5-7 days to process via Stripe.
Cancellation less than 24 hours of appointment – 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
No Show fee – 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

Address: 2 Hartcleeve Cottages, Knowle Lane, Dunster, TA24 6UA

From Dunster, drive toward Timberscombe on the A396 and turn right at Cowbridge to head towards Wootton Courtenay. At the next sharp left hand bend, turn right on to Knowle Lane. I am the second gateway on the right.

Please drive in and park anywhere in the drive. Do not worry about blocking other cars in/out.

For animals, I cover the local area. Areas outside a 8 mile radius of TA246UA may incur a small travel charge.

NLP Sessions

Payment is required up front for NLP sessions due to the amount of preparation work required. There are also some tasks for you to carry out prior to the session(s).

Animals

£10 discount for rider/owner taking a treatment at the same time as their animal
